Built to test safely before charging customers.

Do beta testers pay?

No. Private beta is invite-only and free. Credits and limits are still tracked so TheAppGuy can understand real usage before setting final paid pricing.

Is this just a copy of Codex?

No. The interaction model aims to feel familiar to users of modern agentic coding tools, while TheAppGuy Coder adds project registry, client workflow, server/runbook, deployment, monitoring and business controls specific to TheAppGuy.

Can testers see TheAppGuy's private projects?

They must not. Customer/beta accounts are intended to be tenant-scoped and denied owner-only infrastructure and global project data. Tenant-isolation QA is a beta launch gate.

When will paid plans turn on?

After beta usage, reliability and support requirements are measured. Subscription checkout and automatic charging remain disabled until that launch decision is made.
